I absolutely love the Leaf Plasma handheld device! It’s easy to use, effective, and makes a wonderful add-on to my treatments. I’m so happy with my purchase from Face Vital!
I placed my order on August 14, and I still have not received my package. I was previously informed that my order would be shipped, but unfortunately, the tracking information now indicates that the shipment has been lost.
It has been a considerable amount of time since I placed my order, and I am still waiting to receive it. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know how you can assist me with either locating the package or sending a replacement as soon as possible.
I work with Plasma Fibroblast treatments, and the Plamere Needle Collect is an essential component of my equipment. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to perform these treatments because I do not have this main component.
Please let me know what can be done to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I would appreciate a prompt response and a solution, as this delay is significantly affecting my work.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the carrier losing your original shipment in transit.
Once the tracking indicated that the package had likely been lost, our team allowed a short period of approximately 2 days for the carrier to locate and recover the shipment. When it became clear that the package was not going to resume transit, we immediately arranged a replacement shipment for you at no additional cost.
We are pleased to confirm that the replacement shipment has since been successfully delivered.
As outlined in our Shipping Policy, carrier delays, disruptions, or packages lost in transit can unfortunately occur after an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. When this happens, our team works with the carrier and takes the appropriate steps to resolve the situation as quickly as reasonably possible.
We fully understand that the Plamere Needle Collet is an important component of your professional equipment and that the delay was particularly frustrating because it affected your ability to perform treatments. We sincerely regret the disruption this caused.

I’m so excited about this device. I have used this on myself and on clients and it’s very effective. I did four facials yesterday and everyone left GLOWING. This is a great tool to use to between cosmetic services for maintenance. It’s powerful, simple to use, and I appreciate the voice telling you how many minutes have passed. It works very well over a sheet mask and with water based gel type products. I am happy to have this in my skincare arsenal. Clients like it too because they can really “feel” something is happening. Great purchase!

The Plasma device is amazing, used it with the Korean serums and the result is instant! Plump, bright and hydrated skin that is instantly noticeable and even better the next day.

Loving the plasma leaf device! I have been incorporating it in my treatments and clients are loving it as well.
I purchased the Silicone Scrub Brush to replace my 5 year old Dermatician scrubber which I never truly loved.. This feels like a toy in comparison though. The vibration is barely there, think less than a tossable electric tooth brush. I can appreciate the detail of the silicone and keeping the charging port hidden from water but that is about the only good thing I can say about it. I’ll be replacing with a different item before long unfortunately.
I add this to all my facials now and my clients love it. See really good results.
